Frequently Asked Questions

How do they connect?
Each ball has a magnet sealed inside its silicone shell, so the balls click together with a satisfying snap. Stack them, roll them, rub the textures or connect and rearrange them.
Are they safe?
The magnets are sealed inside soft silicone. Check each ball before and after use, and stop using the set straight away if a ball splits or a magnet is exposed. Don't bite, chew, cut or puncture the balls.
What if a ball is swallowed?
Swallowed magnets can attract each other through the intestinal walls and cause serious internal injury or death. If you think a magnet has been swallowed or inhaled, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately, even if your child seems fine.
How do I clean them?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry completely.
