Preparing your order

We normally dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; delivery time is additional.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery options and charges

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges before you pay. Availability and cost can depend on your destination, the items ordered and the size and weight of the parcel.

Weighted Friends weigh 2.4 kg each before packaging. If you are ordering several heavy items or need help with a delivery option, please contact us before placing your order.

For delivery outside Australia, including New Zealand, please contact us to confirm the available options before ordering.

Delivery times

Any carrier delivery estimate is additional to our dispatch timeframe and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote locations, public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Help with a delivery

Please check your address carefully before ordering. If you need to correct an address or a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@brioandbloom.com.au with your order number so we can help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
